Sockers Youth Foundation is now accepting nominations for the inaugural induction into the Sockers FC Chicago Hall of Fame. If you would like to nominate a former player or nominate yourself, please send and e-mail to:

In the e-mail, please include the following.
- Candidate’s Soccer Resume
- Pictures from playing days as a Sockers FC player
- List of coaches that candidate played for as a Sockers FC player
- Letters of recommendation (optional)
All nominations must be received by May 20, 2012.
Candidate must be able to attend the 2012 Sockers Youth Foundation Gala on June 16, 2012.
Inductees will be notified prior to the event, and will be asked to give an acceptance speech.
